Hello and welcome! Do you believe that you are truly beautiful? I have to admit, I have struggled with believing that my whole life. That's because I have most often determined my beauty and self worth based on my weight, appearance, and how many compliments I get on how I look. The truth is, I am beautiful. And so are you! This blog is here to bring encouragement, share ideas, confess struggles, and shed light on the truth of being beautiful and healthy. God gave us each an incredible gift...LIFE! My Goals for the Week

How Am I Doing This Week?
This week has been great. The one thing I've made sure of is that I've been sleeping enough each night. I've actually been in bed by 10 pm each night this week! I've gotten up and exercised first thing. And I've been more productive during the day, eating healthy and getting a lot accomplished at home. Good deal!

It was during my research on HIV/Herpes that I stumbled upon the Hiv/Herpes information; information which is quite easy to find when doing a search for STD on google.
