Hello and welcome! Do you believe that you are truly beautiful? I have to admit, I have struggled with believing that my whole life. That's because I have most often determined my beauty and self worth based on my weight, appearance, and how many compliments I get on how I look. The truth is, I am beautiful. And so are you! This blog is here to bring encouragement, share ideas, confess struggles, and shed light on the truth of being beautiful and healthy. God gave us each an incredible gift...LIFE! How we use it is up to us. I hope you'll join me on this journey and together we can feel truly beautiful and be our best...mind, body, and spirit!

This blog is dedicated to the glory of God. My every intention is that anyone who visits here will grow in their relationship with the Lord and be empowered knowing He created us all with a beautiful purpose in mind. Too many women, including myself, struggle with actually believing that we matter. Some of us have negative tapes that play constantly in our heads telling us that we are no good, damaged, unworthy, ugly, too fat, too skinny, tainted, unable, etc and we are left feeling discontent, ashamed, and unaccepted. Anything I place on this blog or write about here is intended to promote a balance of the mind/body/spirit connection. First, we need to be right with Jesus. Then we need to take care of our minds and bodies the best we can. God created us and gave us life. It's up to us how we live it.

With all that said, the links provided here are just suggestions of places you can visit that may assist you in your venture for overall good health. I do not personally endorse any of these (except the 2 links from Proverbs 31) and do not promote the personal beliefs of the doctors, staff, or other people asscociated with these organizations. I do not know the religious backgrounds of all those I have posted here.

I am a Christian. I believe in Jesus. That's me. All are welcome here. I just hope to bring encouragement to you where you are.
